30 day money back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on purchases from the day you receive your order. We must be informed of your wish to return your item as soon as possible. The customer will bear the cost of freight and insurance for the return, and goods must be received undamaged and in original condition before a refund will be issued. All transactions including refunds are processed in Australian Dollars, therefore refunds may vary according to exchange rate fluctuation during the 30-day period. We are not responsible for any variation in currency exchange rates which could return slightly less than expected.

Freight & Handling

Australian customers: Postage and handling within Australia is Au$9.20 which includes registered post. Please note that people in Australia will have to pay GST which will be added to the price at the checkout.

Insurance Australian Customer: If you need to insure your order please write to me on hellehans@bigpond.com and add an extra Au$3.00  to your checkout total.

Overseas Customers: Postage and handling is Au$15.70 which does not include registered post. If you want to have your order registered please write to me on hellehans@bigpond.com and add an extra Au$10.00  to your checkout total.

Insurance for Overseas Customers you will have to inquire and I will get back to you with a quote.
